Family and Divorce Counseling

Supporting children, teens, and families in navigating challenges, adjusting to transitions, and fostering resilience during periods of change.

Divorce can feel overwhelming, confusing, and even impossible to navigate, especially for children and teens. Many young people experiencing their parents' separation struggle to process their emotions and maintain a sense of stability. They might feel torn between parents, blame themselves, or find it difficult to trust in relationships moving forward.

Therapy offers a safe space for children to express themselves and learn that divorce isn't their fault while guiding parents on supporting their kids and managing co-parenting effectively.

Common signs that you or someone you love might be struggling with the divorce process.

  • Increased irritability or anger outbursts

  • Difficulty concentrating or making decisions

  • Changes in sleeping patterns (insomnia or oversleeping)
