Signs of Eating Disorders
Significant and rapid weight loss that is noticeable to others.
An intense preoccupation with food, calories, or dieting.
Avoiding certain foods or entire food groups, often leading to malnourishment.
Eating large amounts of food in a short period, often accompanied by a loss of control.
Engaging in self-induced vomiting, excessive exercise, or misuse of laxatives.
A distorted view of their body, feeling overweight despite evidence to the contrary.
Avoiding social situations that involve food or meals with others.
Skipping meals or exhibiting secretive eating patterns.
Experiencing fatigue, dizziness, or other physical issues related to poor nutrition.
Increased irritability, anxiety, or depression related to eating or body image concerns.

How Counseling Works
Therapy consists of 50-minute, one-on-one sessions that help clients resolve their concerns. In addition to listening, I will empower clients with the tools and insights to create lasting change and regain control over their lives.
I approach therapy with a Health At Every Size (HAES) philosophy, embracing a size-inclusive, non-diet framework that integrates Intuitive Eating principles.
